Born in the UK in 1963 and lived in Eastern Europe (Poland and Romania) since 1994. 

Discovered Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2001 and worked with Marshall Rosenberg before completing his training as a Certified Trainer in NVC in 2008. Currently he is a CNVC Assessor. 

He is married (to an NVC Trainer) and has three children and two grandchildren.
