Extraordinary Intimate Relationships

is dedicated to your love relationship and especially your communication as a couple.

It is an intensive and life changing programme providing you measurable improvements in the relationship that matters most to you, plus an immersion in Nonviolent Communication. We offer a unique approach to learning combining training, live application of the learning and continuous support throughout the programme and beyond.

Sign-up for the course as a couple or on your own. Either way you are joining more than a training programme – you are joining a group of people each committed to helping each other learn how to build the kind of intimate relationship you have dreamed of.

Through the programme you will gain significant insights into your love relationship and be able to apply those insights with immediate results. By the end of the 6 months you will notice clear progress in transforming your relationship.

You will learn about:

• Yourself – your triggers; your emotional signals and what they mean; how to change your reactions; ask for what you need; stay connected to yourself even in difficult moments, how you like to give and receive love.
• Your Partner – what their needs are; what they really mean and want from you; contribute to their enjoyment of life; support them in moments of crisis.
• The Communication ‘Dance’ – create a deeper quality of connection and mutual understanding; resolve differences and conflicts in ways that are good for all; give high impact feedback; maintain dialogue at all times.
• Enjoying Life – connect to the power you have to make life wonderful; celebrate your life together; communicate your gratitude and appreciation; honour the love between you.

The programme is built on the principles of Nonviolent Communication and you will learn the approach in a way that will enable you to apply it to your intimate relationship – and in all aspects of your life.

The programme counts as 7 days with a Certified Trainer.

WHO YOU ARE

This programme is for you if you are either wanting to learn NVC or wish for a more fulfilling intimate relationship with your partner. You also wish to work with a group of like minded and hearted people where you can safely explore your more vulnerable places.

You can take the course as a couple or join individually.

PROGRAMME

There are several, interrelated elements to the programme which build into a powerfully integrated approach to learning:

>  6 Live Modules (Online) to give you insights, raise your awareness, build community with trainers and participants and provide opportunities to rehearse situations and conversations:

• 10 January 2025  Understanding Yourself
• 7 February 2025  Speaking Your Truth 
• 14 March 2025  Hearing Your Partner
• 4 April 2025 Connecting through Conflict
• 9 May 2025 Compassion for Yourself (and Your Partner)
• 6 June 2025 Love and Sex

Each module runs on a Friday and comprises 6 hours of live, interactive workshops 10:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 (UTC+2 or +3). The modules will be recorded. 

>  Materials and Videos specially prepared to include core ideas and practices for you to use and refer to at your own pace.

>  Guided Journalling where you set your goals and track your progress in a form, direction and pace that best suits your individual style.

>  Coaching Circles in smaller groups to learn together and inspire each other.

>  Listening Partner to practice and quickly build the core skill of empathic listening while getting regular support and space to think, feel and connect.

> We also offer 3 coaching sessions as an optional extra which will give you an opportunity to explore and get dedicated support for your own unique situation – taken either individually or as a couple.

The number of learning hours will average around 3-4 hours per week over a 6 month period.

Language of the programme is ENGLISH.

LOCATION

ONLINE using Zoom platform. To participate you will need access to a computer or tablet with a camera, plus a reliable internet connection. 

Please note, the programme is highly interactive with a lot of exercises in small groups and whole group discussions. For this reason, the number of places is limited to 16 people. 

COST

We want our programmes to be accessible to all and at the same time make sure we can sustain this work.

The price for the course is €950 (4,690 RON) if taken as a couple or  €540 (2,660 RON) for an individual. The extra coaching sessions are €225 (1,125 RON) for 3 sessions (either as an individual or as a couple)
